1. Who We Are

This website and the GoVibeCoding services (the AI Builder Program for companies, private 1-to-1 mentorship and the Unstuck Audit) are operated by Digiwa FZE, a company registered in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Digiwa FZE is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only in the following situations:

• When you book a call: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your team or your project. Bookings are handled through Google Calendar.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. The message is emailed to us and is not stored on the website.
• When you contact us by WhatsApp or email: your phone number or email address and the content of your messages.
• When you take part in a program or mentorship: the contact details, role and company information we need to deliver it, and, for company programs, self-assessments and progress updates.
• When you book an Unstuck Audit: the answers you give in the booking form and the project code you share with us, which we use only to prepare your audit.
• When you browse the website: technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and the campaign link you arrived from.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries:

• Preferences: your chosen language, so the site shows it again on your next visit.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand how the website is used.
• Advertising measurement: we may use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the performance of our advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website works without them.

4. Why We Collect Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To answer your enquiries and arrange calls
• To deliver the program, mentorship or audit you or your company engaged us for
• For company programs, to report on what each group built and learned to the company that enrolled them
• To improve our services and website, and to measure our marketing

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate our business, such as website hosting, email delivery (Brevo), scheduling (Google), messaging (WhatsApp), and analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). These providers may only use your data to perform services on our behalf or as described in their own privacy policies.

For company programs, a report on what each group built and learned is shared with the company that enrolled them.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Data from enquiries that do not lead to an engagement is typically deleted within 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
