1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services offered under the GoVibeCoding name ("Services") by Digiwa FZE, a company registered in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").

By using this website or engaging us for a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Where we sign a separate written agreement or proposal with you or your company, that agreement prevails if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Our Services

We offer three Services:

• The AI Builder Program: a 5-week mentored program for employees of a client company. Its scope, dates, group size and price are set out in a written proposal.
• Private mentorship: a 5-week, 1-to-1 online mentorship for individuals working on their own product.
• The Unstuck Audit: a review of an app you have already started, prepared before a 60-minute, 1-to-1 online session. You receive a diagnosis and a ranked plan, and we work through one key issue together. It is not a commitment to fix every issue in your app. An optional monthly mentorship package can follow.

All Services are mentorship and guidance. Participants do the building themselves. The Services are not a formal education credential, an accredited certification, or an employment guarantee. Any certificate we issue is a certificate of attendance and is not an accredited qualification.

3. Booking & Engagement

Booking or attending an introductory call creates no obligation for you or for us. An engagement begins only when we have confirmed it in writing and the payment terms have been agreed.

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

4. Fees & Payment

Private mentorship and Unstuck Audit prices are shown on this website in AED. The price is confirmed in writing before you commit. The AI Builder Program is priced on request; VAT, where it applies, is shown in the written proposal.

Unstuck Audit: if you do not leave the session with a clear plan, we refund the audit fee. If you start the monthly package within 7 days of the session, the audit fee is credited toward your first month.

Other payment terms, cancellation and refund conditions are communicated in writing before any payment. Please review them carefully before completing payment.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to commit the required time and effort, actively engage with their mentor, and maintain respectful communication throughout the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any products, tools, code, or intellectual property you create during a Service. For the AI Builder Program, what participants build belongs to the client company. We do not claim any rights to this work.

We retain ownership of our own methods, materials and templates.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the information you share with us about your business, your idea or your data as confidential, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. For the AI Builder Program, we work within the client company’s IT and data rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services and this website are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue, or the success of any product or tool built during a Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiwa FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your participation in a Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to current clients and participants. Continued use of the website or participation in a Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from a Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
