1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Vibe Coding program ("Program"), a mentor-led cohort operated by Digiwa FZE, a company registered in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").
By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Program Nature
The Vibe Coding Program is a paid, selective cohort designed to help participants build and ship a working software product. The Program includes mentorship, structured guidance, and access to live sessions.
This is not a certification program, employment guarantee, or formal education credential.
3. Application & Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. We review all applications and select participants based on fit, commitment, and alignment with the Program's goals.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
4. Payment & Fees
The Program requires a participation fee. Pricing, payment terms, and deadlines are communicated directly to accepted applicants before enrollment.
Refund and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of enrollment. Please review them carefully before completing payment.
5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to commit the required time and effort, actively engage with mentors and peers, and maintain respectful communication throughout the Program.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any products, code, or intellectual property you create during the Program. We do not claim any rights to your work.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue, or success of any product built during participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiwa FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to participants. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
